Each of your phone numbers can make/send 1 outgoing call/SMS per-second. If your account needs more, please contact our sales team about options for higher limits. If your account requires a high volume of outgoing SMS, we recommend using an SMS short code for 1800 SMS messages per minute.
NotiFire currently offers phone numbers in all 50 states in the United States as well as all provinces and major cities in Canada. In the US, we are able to provide phone numbers in almost all area codes. However, there are some exhausted area codes in major metropolitan areas that NotiFire is unable to offer such as 602 (Phoenix) and 212 (New York). Also you might not find area codes that are relatively new in our inventory. An example of this would be 430 (Texas) numbers. Canada also has a few exhausted area codes that NotiFire often isn’t able to carry. Examples of such area codes include but are not limited to 416 (Toronto), 905 (Ontario) and 403 (Calgary) numbers.
It is the responsibility of the account owner to adhere to the local laws and regulations regarding “Do Not Call” lists. NotiFire does not handle these lists and we do not refuse attempts to call and send messages to these phone numbers. If you try to send an SMS message to a phone number on a “Do Not Call” list, NotiFire will attempt to send these messages. Messages may show up in your logs as “Sent”. However, if the ‘To’ number is on a Do Not Call list, these messages may be filtered by the recipients carrier. We recommend that the account owner maintain and update their own calling and SMS messaging lists so that it is up to date with the phone numbers on the “Do Not Call” lists.

A one-month subscription is required for one calendar month, which means if you purchase a monthly subscription on the 15th of the month, it will be valid until the 14th of the next month and your credits will be reset the day after (at the same time credits were activated the month before).
By default, subscriptions are renewed automatically, but you can cancel your recurring payments at any time. (NO REFUNDS ON UNUSED CREDITS)
The recurring payment is taken three days in advance of your subscription expiring, to ensure prompt delivery of your subscription. You don’t lose these three days though: your subscription is still valid for the full period.
Your credits are reset each month. If you have unused credits, they are not carried over to next month. Credits are valid for one month from the date they're issued, so if you've got a few remaining near the end of your subscription period you may want to send some messages. But don't worry, because after your subscription renews on your billing date you'll get a whole new batch of credits!
As you use NotiFire's services (minutes, SMS messages, phone numbers, transcriptions, etc.) we draw down your credit balance. When your account reaches 0, we will suspend your account. Don’t worry, we’ll notify you by email when your balance hits 100 credits and again when your balance reaches 0.
If you urgently need more credits, we recommend you to buy the same package but with different amount of credits or consider buying an larger subscription.
NotiFire's simple pay-as-you-go monthly subscription pricing makes it easy for you to know what you’re paying and why. We charge 1 credit per 60 second call and 1/2 credit per text message. We round all calls up the nearest minute. Additional features like transcriptions of phone calls cost 10¢ per minute. For recording storage, the first 1k minutes are stored for free and additional minutes cost $0.0015 per min/month. Additional Local Numbers are $4 per month and Toll-free are $6 per month.
